Is this possible? Within civilized societies, the answer must be an unequivocal "YES".
A recent example is the peaceful dissolution of Czechoslovakia in 1993 A.D., known as the Velvet Divorce. It saw the self-determined separation of the federal state of Czechoslovakia into the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The bloodless Velvet Revolution of 1989 led to this outcome and is the template for our future dissolution movements.
There is no more controversial movement in our modern times than the Arab spring movements of 2012. The left has embraced and supported the Arab spring movements and must support our "spring" movements globally.

The secession movement in the United States of American received good media attention thanks to Micah Hurd's petition entitled "Peacefully grant the State of Texas to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government" to the White House on November 9th 2012. An incredible number of signatures (125,746) were attained! We will continue Mr. Hurd's cause on March 20th 2013, with focus on Texas. On this date, we will also release details as to why Texas is our only hope towards defeating the left.
